Google has recently announced new guidelines for Google My Business.
In an attempt ensure that “all content that appears in
the Business Profile is relevant, high quality, and appropriate,” Google is
officially discouraging the use of stock images in Google My Business profiles.

Apart from the content, the reviews on your google business listing must be from real and approved account. If anyone will submit reviews from fake accounts, google will delete the reviews immediately. So be sure to always get google my business reviews from real and approved google accounts.
